organisations and leaders are becoming increasingly aware about the power of coaching and the resulting changes in lives. Our coaching programme helps you build self-awareness, recognise what you want to change and steps to help you get there.

coaching offers a chance to step away from the to-do lists and reflect on you. together, we can play with alternative perspectives, options and discover new ways to achieve.

we primarily offer our coaching services through virtual meetings, though we can deliver face-to-face sessions too.  our coaching programme follows a simple path:

pre-coaching questionnaire understanding key rationale, purpose, outcomes and known obstacles

  • 360 degree feedback (recommended)

  • psychometric (if appropriate)

​

our first session will usual cover

  • contract (material, habit formation, journal and accountability)

  • discovery the early years - development and patterns of behaviour

  • align and clarify outcomes

  • play - experiment, edges, risk, alternatives

​

our second session ​

  • awareness - our internal narrative, assumptions, competing priorities 

  • cultivate - self-compassion and how to create it

  • habit formation - change and triggers

  • play - experiment, edges, risk, alternatives 

​

future sessions​

  • check ins - progress and accountability check-in

  • explore - what is developing, emotions, feeling and change

  • play - experiment, edges, risk, alternatives

We can offer both individual and team coaching.
